Some executives, salespeople and recruiters are fabulous at reading people, some aren’t.  Most are entrepreneurial, motivated and driven and tend to be “Lone Rangers” out there.  Everyone, however, needs support in today’s highly competitive marketplace.  They need a coach with whom they can check out ideas, plan strategies and partner.  These professionals (if they are willing, able and ready for success) can double or even triple their sales by using a coach effectively.  Being coached involves brainstorming, accountability and discipline… a willingness to share, listen and maybe do things a little differently.

How will we work together?
A coach is your guide, partner, teacher, discipline-builder and champion.  Coaching is not about the content of your business.  You are the expert at your job.  You can learn to articulate or enhance your ability to communicate your values, to create a mission and purpose for your life as a whole.  As partners we will work together to clarify your goals and eliminate the ways in which your efforts are subverted.  My focus is completely on you.  I will help provide the tools, strategies, tactics, structure and feedback necessary for you to choose the thoughts and actions that keep you on track.

In weekly 30 minute phone sessions you will re-create your own definition of success to include all aspects of your life.  We will bring your dreams into reality together.  Weekly assignments can help you move steadily toward your goals.  For coaching to be effective you must commit to the cost, time and energy it takes to succeed.  You must be willing to pay the price in all respects.  This will help you examine how you think, act and react to your various challenges.  I will provide experience and feedback to help you make the best decisions leading to the achievement of your greatest goals and aspirations.

Your Investment in Coaching
Our commitment is month-to-month with an initial three month minimum.  The first ½ hour trial session is free.  There is no long term commitment.  We provide monthly $400 invoices for the four thirty minute sessions scheduled in advance exactly like all your other important appointments.  Monthly payments are due the first week of the month.  Weekly sessions can be gifted to another person if you are not available.  Time not used each month cannot be carried over the next month.

You will submit a Coaching Preparation Form 24 hours in advance of each phone appointment in order to ensure your greatest benefit from each session.  It’s that simple (not necessarily easy).  Coaching is an effective tool for improving leadership skills, developing clearer vision and increasing productivity and profits.  The choice is yours.  I am here to help you define and achieve your life goals and purpose.  Give partnering with a coach a try.  You will probably wonder why you waited so long.
